The ABB Villa Tortuga Daycare was opened in 2012 in a beautiful villa in the city center of Baden. Each floor of the spacious house is home to one of the three groups. We offer 38 daily places in three different children’s groups.

1 standard group for children from 3 months to about 2 years
1 mixed-age group for children between 18 months and about 3 years
1 pre-kindergarten group for children from 3 years up to kindergarten entry

The pre-kindergarten group consists of children who will enter kindergarten the following year. With exciting projects and adventures, they are optimally prepared for the upcoming time in kindergarten. Language development, craft activities, visits to the library, yoga and gym days, nature and forest days, and much more are part of the program.

The old villa is situated in the middle of a large, private daycare garden. The terrace, sandbox, lawn, and paved area offer children various opportunities to play outdoors. In addition, the nearby Casino and Langmatt Parks as well as the Limmat River and the forest invite children to exciting explorations of their social environment.

In June 2020, the Quali-Kita certification was achieved with the maximum score. An excellent result and a clear testament to the high measurable standards of our ABB daycare. In April 2024, we also achieved the maximum score during recertification.
