The Chinderdschungel daycare center opened in 2008 and offers 42 full-day places. These are divided into four groups: a baby group with 6 children, two standard groups with 10 and 11 children respectively, and a pre-kindergarten group with 15 children. We care for children from 3 months old until they start kindergarten.

The pre-kindergarten group consists of children who will enter kindergarten the following year. Through exciting projects and adventures, they are optimally prepared for the upcoming time in kindergarten.

The daycare center has its own garden and also shares the meadow and playground in the courtyard of the housing complex. The surrounding area offers many excursion opportunities, such as to Casinopark, the Stein Ruins, the Limmat River, or the park. Additionally, children aged 2 and above can participate in monthly nature and forest days.

The Chinderdschungel daycare center received the QualiKita certification in September 2013. Quality assurance is an important part of our work. The facility is reviewed annually or biennially by the external agency ProCert. Chinderdschungel has successfully passed four additional audits with flying colors.
