The waiting time depends on various factors, such as the age of the child, desired care days, location of the nursery and flexibility of the parents. You will be informed as soon as a free place matches your requirements. If there are also matches with other applicants, the date of receipt of the application will be decisive. Due to the three-month notice period, this is also usually the period in which we can reallocate places
In this case, the available offer does not match your requirements. We therefore recommend being as flexible as possible. (see next question)
Select all the crèches that come into question for you (with priority request). The more flexible you are with regard to the crèche locations and the desired days of care, the greater the chance of finding a place. For example, if you are looking for 80% childcare, but would prefer to start with less, please note this on your application. For example, you are looking for 80% care, but if you can organize to start with less care, it is always worth accepting such an option. Requests for existing childcare will be given priority.
As we have a three-month notice period, we can usually assess the situation in the respective crèches three months in advance. We will contact you as soon as we have a childcare option that meets your requirements.
Please send an e-mail to our central registration list and we will be happy to send you the calculation sheet for the internal rates.
Yes – the childcare days booked must be paid for both in the event of illness and vacation absences.
As an employee of an association member, you benefit from subsidized rates. For billing reasons, we therefore ask you to inform us of your current department and cost center. If your personnel responsibilities change, you should also inform the person responsible there that you are having one or more children looked after by us.
The childcare fee is income-dependent, i.e. any change in your salary will result in a recalculation. We therefore ask you to send the daycare center management your current salary statement immediately. This does not apply if you have informed us that you are paying the maximum rate and wish to retain this. In this case, you do not have to inform us of any changes. If you fail to do so on time, any higher childcare costs will be charged retrospectively. However, any costs paid in excess cannot be refunded. (only applies to employees of association members!)
We have a 3-4 week acclimatization phase during which a parent or caregiver must be present or available. During this time, the child is introduced step by step to everyday life at the crèche. It is fundamentally important that the child is accompanied by a familiar caregiver. We therefore recommend that the start date is set so that the caregiver is available during this time.
No – The days you have booked are fixed and will be charged.

No – slots are awarded exclusively through the central registration list.
No – of course you can keep the space. However, you will be charged the external rate anew.
